1. Introduction

2. General Use
Please use your service responsibly and with common sense.
Do not use our services for any illegal activity, in your jurisdiction or ours.
Do not interfere with, attack, or disrupt our infrastructure or any third-party services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
Users aged 13–17 require permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms.
3. Account Security
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login credentials.
You may add sub-users if you want to grant limited access to others.
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must report it immediately.
Any action taken through your account will be treated as your own, including violations.
Do not attempt to exploit or interfere with our systems or any other online services.
4. Payments
Services are not activated until we receive the initial payment.
Invoices must be paid by the due date. A 1-day grace period applies before suspension.
After the grace period, services may be suspended and a late fee of 25% may be applied.
If an invoice remains unpaid for 7 days, the service may be permanently terminated and all data deleted.
Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate account suspension.
Account credit is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
5. Refunds & Disputes
Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.
Renewal payments are non-refundable.
If a payment dispute is opened, we may suspend all associated services.
Refund method (credit or original payment) is at our discretion.
Issuing a refund may result in termination of the related service.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour refund window for new service orders, subject to the following conditions:
– Applies only to a customer’s first qualifying purchase.
– The 72-hour period begins at the time of the initial order.
– Renewal payments are not eligible.
– Customers may be asked to provide a reason for the refund request, but this does not affect eligibility.
– Failure to respond to support messages within 48 hours invalidates eligibility.
– Opening a payment dispute voids refund eligibility.
– Some payment methods may only allow refunds as account credit.
– Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated refunds is prohibited.
7. Cancellations
You may request cancellation through the client area at any time.
If you have an active PayPal subscription, you are responsible for canceling it manually.
We are not responsible for additional payments made through an active subscription.
8. Accuracy of Materials
We do not guarantee that information on our website is free from technical or typographical errors. Content may be updated at any time without notice.
9. Disclaimer
Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of materials provided through our services or any linked websites.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for damages including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Service Availability & Maintenance
We aim to provide services 24/7/365, but uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed.
Maintenance may be performed with or without prior notice.
You agree that downtime or interruptions may occur and that we are not responsible for resulting losses.
12. Support Response Times
We aim to respond to support requests within 12 hours, though our usual response times are often quicker.
Submitting duplicate or repeated tickets may delay your response and may result in restricted access to support.
13. Violations
Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination, with or without refund. Attempting to exploit or compromise any part of our system may result in immediate account closure.

Abuse complaints may be forwarded to the customer responsible for the service.
Unresolved or valid complaints may result in suspension or termination.
